Besondere Merkmale
The added value for the project lies above all in the integral cooperation between the project participants in the planning and construction process. The intensive involvement of the users, the objective evaluation of design variations, the optimization of the planning in the design and the accompanying review and documentation of the target qualities during the entire duration of the project are decisive factors for the construction of the sustainable educational building. Decisions could be made objectively by recognizing and evaluating conflicting objectives and preparing them as a basis for decision-making. This enabled the qualities to be optimized in a balanced relationship to one another.
The building project is characterized by very good functionality in line with the construction task, a high level of comfort, a balanced ecological balance, high energy efficiency and outstanding economic efficiency over the life cycle.
Low-energy house,
At least 25 % below the energy efficiency guidelines (German: EnEV) in force at the time, simple building services with gas condensing boiler and mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery unit
Actual points 54.12,
Various optimization options (e.g. design of roof trusses for sports hall, conditioning of the building, Cobiax ceilings)
Low-emission building with complete documentation of all materials used and release notes
Architectural and use-specific design of a central atrium as a public space
Ventilation concept is in place,
Compliance with 1 000 ppm CO2 through a simulation calculation
Compliance with all normative requirements,
increased thermal insulation
Team with several experts for sustainable building,
Implementation of sustainability already in the LP0,
Interactive optimization in the integral planning team throughout the entire planning and construction process
Pilot project and first certification of the Assessment System for Sustainable Building (BNB) of Dresden
